The veteran community of the city, representatives of the authorities, the Odesa regional employment center, the Commissioner of the VRU for human rights in the Odesa region, discussed everything related to employment and veteran business. If certain issues can be resolved only at the state level, then certain initiatives and programs can be implemented at the local level and each community can move in this direction.

Communication and dissemination of information about opportunities is extremely necessary, because often people lose opportunities due to lack of communication and therefore do not participate, do not apply for grant programs, etc.

An important component is the protection of veterans' rights. That is why there were representatives of the Ombudsman at the event, who shared contacts for the possibility of contacting the Commissioner.
